AII 2026 is a self-sustaining and not-for-profit conference.

We strive to keep the registration fee as low as possible to cover the costs of organising the conference.
This means that the more papers we accept (with an acceptance rate of less than 30%), the lower the registration fee will be.

Therefore, please submit your contributions and encourage others to do the same to help reduce the registration fee!

Note: In addition to the low registration fee, there will be a partial waiver available for student authors from low- and middle-income countries.

• We have a limited number of sponsored/discounted registrations generously offered by the Applied Intelligence and Informatics Lab for authors from Low and Middle Income Countries as categorised by the World Bank (see here: https://datahelpdesk.worldbank.org/knowledgebase/articles/906519-world-bank-country-and-lending-groups).
• Eligibility:
  
  • 1a. The registering author of a paper (STUDENT or ACADEMIC) is from institutions located in 75 countries listed under the LOW-INCOME ECONOMIES and LOWER-MIDDLE INCOME ECONOMIES categories. AND
    
  • 1b. The other co-authors of the paper in 1a are also from institutions located in 75 countries listed under the LOW-INCOME ECONOMIES and LOWER-MIDDLE INCOME ECONOMIES categories.
    
  • 2a. The registering author of a paper (STUDENT ONLY) is from institutions located in 54 countries listed under the UPPER-MIDDLE INCOME ECONOMIES categories. AND
    
  • 2b. The other co-authors of the paper in 2a are also from institutions located in: (i) 54 countries listed under the UPPER-MIDDLE INCOME ECONOMIES OR (ii) 75 countries listed under the LOW-INCOME ECONOMIES and LOWER-MIDDLE INCOME ECONOMIES categories.

• Selection Criteria: The main selection criteria will be the Quality of the Papers and financial circumstances of the registering author. The decision of the committee will be final and non-appealable.

• Paper Registration: For each accepted conference paper, must have at least one author registered using the Paper Registration rate to make the paper to be included in the AII 2026 programme and in the Springer CCIS conference proceedings. Thus, at least one author of your paper must register and pay the full paper registration fee.
• Extra pages: Authors whose papers have extra pages (i.e., more than 15 pages) must pay an additional GBP 50 per page, up to 5 extra pages per paper.
• Student Registrations: At the time of registration, students will be requested to provide a copy of the student ID card or a verification letter of full-time student status from the department or the university.

• Credit Cards: Registration payment can be made via credit cards (Visa and Mastercard only) using the AII 2026 Online Registration System: Register Here. We highly recommend the credit card payment option.
• Bank Transfer: Bank transfer (wire transfer) is discouraged as it generates additional cost and organisational burden on parties, the registering participant(s) and organisers. If you decide to use bank transfer for payment of your fees, please contact AII 2026 team.
• Registration will only be considered completed upon reception of registration fees.

• Registration fees are *non-refundable*.
